2. What we collect
When you use OfirmZ, we may process:
- Account information — name, email address, and profile picture when you sign in with Google.
- Workspace data — clients, projects, items, todos, notes, and other content you create in the app.
- Google Calendar data — only if you choose to connect Google Calendar. We access your calendar to create and manage events and Google Meet links on your behalf.
- Usage and technical data — logs needed to operate and secure the service.
3. How we use your information
We use your information solely to:
- Authenticate you and provide access to your workspace.
- Run core product features (task tracking, calendar scheduling, meetings, AI assistant).
- Create calendar events and Google Meet links when you connect Google Calendar or schedule meetings.
- Respond to support requests and maintain security.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read your Google Calendar data except when you ask us for support, it is necessary for security, or we are required by law.
4. Google API Services — Limited Use disclosure
OfirmZ's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We only use Google user data to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in OfirmZ (sign-in, calendar scheduling, and meeting links).
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service, for legal compliance, or with your consent.
- We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements.
- We do not use Google user data for determining creditworthiness or lending purposes.
5. Google Calendar connection
If you connect Google Calendar, we store an OAuth refresh token and connected account email in your workspace's settings so we can create calendar events and Google Meet links when you schedule meetings or approve bookings. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from your Google Account permissions page or by contacting us.
6. Data retention and deletion
We retain your workspace data while your account is active. If you request deletion of your account or Google connection, we will delete or anonymize associated data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised effective date.
