By accessing or using OfirmZ ("the Service"), operated by OramZ Pvt Ltd, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
OfirmZ is a workspace management tool for small professional firms. It helps teams track clients, projects, todos, calendar events, and meetings, including optional AI-assisted features.
3. Accounts
You must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your workspace. Notify us promptly at ofirmzpvtltd@gmail.com or +91 78781 49007 if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate others' rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.

- Reverse-engineer or scrape the Service except as permitted by law.
5. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party services such as Google (sign-in and Google Calendar). Your use of those services is subject to Google's terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you and your workspace members.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AI features may produce inaccurate output; you are responsible for reviewing important decisions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OramZ Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
